Reviews and Ratings
The room was tiny but modern and comfortable, though it was a bit tight for more than one night with two big suitcases. Unfortunately, it was cold and the staff seemed unhelpful in fixing the heat issue. The WiFi service didn't reach my room, and again, the staff didn't assist. However, the small space was adequate for the stay.
I loved the modern room with plenty of windows offering a great view. The twin beds were comfortable, and the flatscreen TV was a nice touch. However, the sound strip with vehicle vibrations on the top floor was a bit of a drawback.
The hotel offers clean and tidy rooms with good size twin beds and flatscreen TV, although they face buildings across a narrow street, providing limited privacy. The service was very good and helpful despite the breaks being taken in the alley. The location is close to the center of London and accessible to public transportation, albeit not very tourist-friendly at night due to groups of men in the area. The dining options were slightly disappointing with limited offerings. Overall, the hotel provides a comfortable stay at a reasonable price.
The hotel is situated near Whitechapel, which felt a bit uneasy for a group of girls, as the rooms were small and overlooked the restaurant's noisy bins. However, the room was clean and adequate for a short stay. The service was professional but not very friendly, with some mishaps during dinner service. The location, though not ideal for tourists, was convenient for accessing the city with nearby transport links. The dining experience lacked variety for a 4-star hotel, charging extra for basic items. The facilities were mediocre.
The hotel offers rooms with unique red shiny details and overlooks a busy road. The service was attentive and responsive. The location is convenient for public transport and exploring vibrant areas nearby, but may not suit all tourists. The dining options were satisfactory with some limitations. The facilities are decent with a few notable features.
